Privacy information
FellowshipOneGlobal is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Contact support@fellowshiponeglobal.com with any privacy question.
Contact enquiries
We receive the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We use these details to reply and manage follow up. Our legitimate interests are answering enquiries and providing support. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Prayer requests
With your permission, authorised readers of the FellowshipOneGlobal support inbox receive your request and any optional contact details for prayer and related follow up. The form lets you ask that your request stay in the inbox or allow it to be shared with our prayer team. Requests are not published on this website. Where a request includes health or religious information, we rely on your explicit consent to receive and handle it according to your choice. You can withdraw consent or ask for deletion by contacting us. Please avoid sharing another person's private details without permission.
Shop, eBooks and accounts
Free eBooks can be read without an account. Online purchases through this website are currently paused. The shop is currently hidden while it is being prepared. Paid-book previews remain available.
If you use the existing email sign-in, we process your email and verification information to provide the account service you request and prevent misuse. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. You can sign out at any time.
Your basket is stored on your device. It contains product references and quantities, without your name, email or payment details. Adding an item does not place an order or take payment.
For existing orders, we may retain purchase details, contact information, payment references and delivery information to provide support, fulfil existing obligations and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. This website does not store card details. Account and order records are available only to the relevant customer and authorised service staff.
Giving
The Give page lists bank transfer, Zelle and email transfer details. You arrange these gifts through your own bank or payment provider, under their privacy terms. Card giving through this website is not currently active. We may receive the sender details, amount, reference and message included with a transfer, and use them to record gifts and answer enquiries. If you contact us about supporting the fellowship, we use your message and details to reply. Gift records are retained as needed for enquiries and applicable record-keeping obligations.
Who receives information
Authorised fellowship team members receive the information needed to respond to you. Service providers help with website hosting, secure storage, email delivery and account verification. For an existing purchase, relevant information may also be handled by the payment or delivery provider involved. Providers receive information needed for their role. We do not sell your personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, applicable data-protection safeguards are required. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies support account access and security. Limited technical records, including hashed rate-limit records, help prevent abuse of forms and services. The basket is stored locally on your device. This notice does not give consent for advertising or optional tracking.
Marketing
The website is not currently accepting new email subscriptions. Enquiries, requests, accounts and purchases do not automatically subscribe you. If a subscription service becomes available, we will ask you to opt in and provide a way to unsubscribe.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries and prayer requests only as long as needed for their purpose and related follow up. Account and transaction records are retained as needed to provide support, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about the retention period for your information.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, and object to certain uses. You can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to support@fellowshiponeglobal.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
